Top Ten Tuesday: Books with Under 2000 Ratings

top-10-tuesday

Top 10 Tuesday is a weekly meme hosted by The Broke and the Bookish.

After seeing this topic on a few different blogs, I had to take part myself. Across book blogs we often seen a lot of the same books. This is such a good way to share some books we enjoyed which people may have missed.

I have ordered these from least amount of ratings on Goodreads.

I found this tag through BooksandLala (original: Perputual Page-Turner)

Enjoy!

Author you’ve read the most books from

This is a tie between two authors with 12 books each. Both are from long book series. Kathy Reichs, books 1 – 12 of the Temperance Brennan series. This is probably my favourite crime series, definitely reccommend checking this out aslong as you don’t mind a bit of gore. Charlaine Harris, books 1-10 plus a novella collection from The Southern Vampire Mysteries (a great vampire series, which the show True Blood is based on) as well as the graphic novel adaptation of Grave Sight (this was disappointing).

(If most of your reads are on GoodReads you can find this out easily by going on to ‘My Books’ and clicking ‘Most Read Authors’ on the left hand side)

Best Sequel Ever

For this I’m going to choose a sequel which I prefered to the previous book which is Scarlet by Marissa Meyer, book #2 of The Lunar Chronicles

Currently Reading

Outlander (Cross Stitch) by Diana Gabaldon (Outlander #1)

Book Tag: TBR Tag

tag

I wasn’t tagged for this, but Luni @ LuniReads did it and I wanted to do it for myself! (If you know who originally created this please let me know)

How do you keep track of your TBR pile?

I have two different ways of tracking. The first is for books I own but I haven’t read yet (this is the pile I’ll use for the rest of the questions). I keep track of these on my Goodreads to-read shelf. Then for books I don’t own but want to read, I keep am Amazon wishlist.

Is your TBR mostly print or eBooks?

It’s a mix of both, but I’d guess that it’s mostly eBooks.

A book that has been on your TBR pile the longest

Heidi by Johanna Spyri. I was actually given this for my christening when I was a baby. Growing up I read the picture book version, but never the full novel. I plan to read it sometime this year (hopefully)!

For day 1, I’ve chosen a quote from American Gods by Neil Gaiman, which I’m currently reading.
